Order was incorrect but DTC promptly fixed!

Received a very quick order of 5 cigars but only had 4 in the box on arrival; I notified the team and just a few days later a new shipment was sent out. Granted, the following shipment was not any cigar I had ordered, they provided two, as well as a free lighter. Still great service with the fix!
